Graciela M. Perez, CIMA

SENIOR PARTNER

Graciela has been in the financial industry for the past four decades and is the relationship manager of Perez Wealth Management .  Her focus is the development of new investment relationships and client service.  Graciela has extensive knowledge regarding international wealth structuring vehicles such as trusts and private investment companies.  Prior to establishing her independent investment firm, she worked at a major wire house and investment bank for twenty years. Prior to that she was associated with a Swiss investment advisory firm.  Graciela also has extensive banking experience, having worked for a number of major banking firms.

Her diplomatic career began at the United Nations, where she worked with the Mission of Costa Rica to the UN.  She was then transferred to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in San Jose, Costa Rica, as the Assistant to the Minister of Foreign Affairs.   Finally, she was appointed by the Foreign Minister as Consul of Costa Rica in Miami.   In 2004 Graciela earned her Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA) designation conferred by the Investments & Wealth Institute in coordination with The Wharton School of Business.  She also participated in an Executive Symposium at Harvard University called “Expanding Cognitive Capacity” in 2009.  She has her FINRA licenses 7, 27, 63 and 65 and the Insurance license of the State of Florida.

Jorge A. Perez, CIMA, CMT

SENIOR PARTNER OF INVESTMENTS

Jorge started his wealth management career at a major wire house and investment bank in 2002. During the thirteen years that he was with the firm, he specialized in the management of client portfolios, market analysis and structuring investments to satisfy  clients’ long term goals and liquidity needs.  He specialized in discretionary investment strategies through various proprietary portfolios.  In 2006 Jorge earned his Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA) designation conferred by the Investments & Wealth Institute in coordination with The Wharton School of Business.  In 2013 Jorge earned his Chartered Market Technician (CMT) designation conferred by the Market Technician Association and is an Active Member after having completed a rigorous three year program.  Jorge participated in an advanced course for portfolio managers at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business in 2008 and 2009.  He has his FINRA licenses 7 and 66.

Jorge graduated from The Florida State University in Finance and Multinational Business with a Minor in Spanish.  He participated in the FSU International Studies Program during the summer of 2000 in Spain.  He was the Vice-president of the Cuban-American Student Association and member of the Hispanic Honor Society – Foundation Oscar Arias.

Cathy Kasathsko

ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGER

Cathy has twenty years of experience in client service, problem resolution and strategic thinking.  Her career path brought her to Spain where she lived for five years.  Upon her return, she specialized in the operations division for various luxury hotels working in international sales and revenue management.  Cathy brings her expertise and knowledge of years servicing clients and finding solutions to challenging situations.  Her dedication and work ethics have made her an invaluable asset to the team.  In 2002 she graduated from Florida International University with a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management and she also holds a Microsoft Certified Professional Designation.
